Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager specializing in Water infrastructure projects to join our team as part of a tender submission on projects based in NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for overall health, safety, and environmental compliance across the project.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce HSE plans.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and worker welfare standards.
• Investigate and report on HSE incidents.

Key Requirements

• HSE qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Membership of a known Safety Association i.e. IOSH – minimum of GradIOSH
• 15+ years of experience in construction safety management.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and environmental regulations.
• Holds valid competency training in Critical Controls and Risk Assessment as well as a demonstrable competence in high-risk activities for example, and not limited to confined spaces, working at height (scaffolding), excavations as well as transportation and driving risk mitigation programs.
• Preferably, to have experience in Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC)
• Proven track record in successfully managing HSE requirements on water infrastructure engineering projects of varying complexity.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet project milestones.
