Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and creative Entertainment Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Bogor, Indonesia. As the Entertainment Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring a talented group of entertainers, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our entertainment programs.
- Lead and motivate a team of entertainers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement innovative entertainment programs and activities for guests of all ages
- Coordinate and oversee daily entertainment schedules, including shows, performances, and interactive activities
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and maintain high standards
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive guest experiences
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of entertainment programs, making improvements as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for team members and guests
- Actively participate in performances and activities as needed
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in the entertainment or hospitality industry, with a track record of successful team leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Entertainment Management, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and staff effectively
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a talent for developing innovative entertainment concepts
- Proficiency in event planning, coordination, and execution
- Demonstrated performance and entertainment skills
- Experience in budgeting and resource management
- Knowledge of various entertainment forms (music, dance, theater, etc.)
- Understanding of current trends in the hospitality and tourism industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus
