Requirements (mandatory)
Since we’re a small company, you’ll be free to initiate changes within the business. You’ll be hired as an expert to help shape our growth strategy and teach us business intelligence. You must be comfortable working independently and collaborating closely with the team when necessary. Your role will involve taking the initiative and driving change in the context of our business. To thrive in this role and be part of our dynamic team, we seek candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Solid experience in sales that showcases your ability to deliver results. We are looking for a person with a natural talent for sales, someone who can quickly identify opportunities during conversations and turn them into successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be someone who can easily engage in small talk, pick up on key opportunities, and turn conversations into successful business relationships.
- Proficiency in English at the C1/native level.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and experience in implementing them to improve business efficiency.
- Openness to travel.
- Business negotiation skills that allow you to create win-win situations.
- A “Can-Do” attitude that drives you to take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to providing ongoing support.
- Knowledge of AI and business tools useful for daily operations in the role.
Requirements (optional)
- Prior experience in automotive or IT services sales is an advantage but not a must.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and the Office Suite is a plus.
