Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of event strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams, including marketing and operations, to identify event needs and create comprehensive event briefs.
- Manage logistical arrangements for events, including venue selection, catering, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring all contracts are in compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate the promotion and marketing of events, utilizing social media, newsletters, and other channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Attend events to oversee all aspects of logistics, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants post-event, providing insights for future improvements and ensuring best practices in event execution.
- Maintain event budgets, tracking expenses and negotiating with vendors to optimize costs and enhance the overall event quality.
- Support the development of event materials such as agendas, programs, and promotional content, ensuring effective communication and branding across all platforms.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with venues, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the events to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative and creative concepts to the event planning process.
