Your Role:
As An IT Operations Support Officer L3, You Will
- Answer support calls and provide clients with remote support
- Troubleshoot desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot networks
- Install operating system, software, and updates
- Remove viruses
- Install antivirus
- Communicate issues with appropriate engineers
- Work alongside Senior Engineer team to troubleshoot
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 3 – 5 years’ experience
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer
- Experience with Active Directory, SMS Service, Email Filtering, Routers and Switches
- L3 Support Engineer IT Perspective
- Experience with Cloud or Microsoft Office 365 and
- Google environments is a plus.
- Experience with PSA or RMM Solution
- MSP background is highly preferred
- Someone who can triage and resolve NOC related tickets that will come in during their shift.
- Managed Services experience a BIG PLUS
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and punctuality.
- Microsoft Technologies (Windows 11, 10, Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Cloud or Microsoft Office 365 and Google environments is a plus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
