What You’ll Do
? Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
? Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services and products.
?? Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
? Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
? Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery processes.
? Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to customers.
What We’re Looking For

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
