Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to head up the design department within a home Builder well-known within the NSW housing market.

The role:
- Drafting new homes using ArchiCAD software
- Drafting da/cc for the new homes
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant building codes for compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code of Australia
- Help improve the quality of design and documentation.
- Approval logements
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Architectural drafting qualifications
- Experienced working on DA/CC/CDC for new homes
- DCP, LEP, BCA knowledge
- Advanced ArchiCAD experience
