As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Lead Brand Designer in our Copenhagen office (3 days per week in the office) with expertise in Digital Marketing and Conversion Optimization to lead our creative vision, build high-converting marketing assets, and drive engagement across our brand. Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and define Novorésumé’s creative vision and branding strategy across digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, including ads, email marketing, landing pages, social media, and SEO-driven creative assets.
  • Optimize conversion rates through engaging visuals, persuasive copy, and user-centered design principles.
  • Design compelling, high-performing creatives for SERP images, social media, performance marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Oversee A/B testing and analyze data to improve ad creatives, email marketing performance, and landing page conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the growth, product, and development teams to align creative direction with business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including AI-driven marketing, emerging design technologies, and behavioral psychology in marketing.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and improve creative performance.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including performance-driven ad creation, landing page design, and email marketing.
  • Proven experience optimizing conversion rates through visual storytelling and creative strategy.
  • Strong design background with expertise in UI/UX, branding, and ad creatives.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital design tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how visual content impacts search rankings.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, high-converting marketing materials.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and passionate about helping people succeed in their careers.

Projects You’ll Work On:

  • Creating and optimizing high-converting ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Designing engaging email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Enhancing SEO-focused visual assets to drive organic traffic.
  • Leading the visual and branding strategy for our marketing and product experience.
  • Collaborating on product marketing initiatives to showcase our platform’s unique value.
  • Experimenting with AI-powered creative tools to push innovation in digital marketing.
