Admin & Data Entry Specialist

The Contacts Management Specialist is responsible for entering new contacts into our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining an up-to-date contacts database. Reporting directly to the Systems Operations Manager, this role collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments, as well as other business units utilizing our International HubSpot CRM. This role will play a vital part in supporting our CRM data strategies, driving revenue opportunities, empowering the commercial teams, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

? Location: Pasig, Philippines (3 to 4 months work onsite; before transitioning to WFH arrangement)

What You’ll Do

• ? Accurately and efficiently enter new contacts into the CRM system from various sources, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, institutional websites, conferences, and other relevant channels.
• ?Update contact-related properties and segmentation (e.g., Contact Role, Job Title, email address(es), phone number) in alignment with guidelines established by Marketing and Operations.
• ?Conduct regular data cleansing and updates to maintain data integrity, including the removal of obsolete contacts and ensuring there are no unassociated records.
• ?Implement all contact management rules and guidelines set forth by the Operations team.
• ?Assist with CRM projects related to both new and existing contacts.
• ?Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals set by the Operations team related to contacts management.

What We’re Looking For

• ? Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is preferred.
• ? Experience with manual data entry processes.
• ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• ? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• ? Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is advantageous
