Job Objective

Provide organizational and administrative support to the team to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the processes.

Responsibilities

  • Strong command of spoken and written English language is mandatory
  • Must have marketing experience
  • Raise iProcs/LPOs; provide support to budget management under close supervision
  • Liaise with agencies in regard to invoicing and budget
  • Help facilitate travel request forms for the team for trips and inward missions and ensure all correct protocols are followed by the team and procurement
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure direct agreements, contracts and payments are handled well and in time
  • Co-ordinate and follow up with procurement to arrange LPOs to suppliers
  • Co-ordinate internal staff trainings and lists that are required as per the management
  • Facilitate and align reporting for DGRs when required
  • Manage the AVP calendar and assist in day to day administrative operations
  • Manage agency and stakeholder contact lists
  • Support in planning and logistics for individuals and events
  • Monitor project management system and ensure compliance with the timelines
