Chedid & Associates Qatar, a company member of Chedid Insurance Brokers Network, the insurance broking network of Chedid Capital, is looking for a General Insurance & Claims Supervisor. The role focuses on ensuring customer inquiries are attended to promptly and that claims are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• • Manage relationships with customers by ensuring quality of service provided
  • Build/maintain relationships with insurers and various loss adjusters.
  • Assess claims requests promptly and provide clients and sales team with proper advice
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and loss adjusters on claims statuses until final settlement
  • Assist in the daily submissions of new business and new accounts
  • Manage negotiations with insurers on terms, conditions and prices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to Business, Medical, or Health.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Claims
• Insurance knowledge
• Communication skills, written & spoken.
