We are looking for an organized and reliable Entry-level Scheduler to manage appointments and coordinate scheduling for our lawn care service. The Scheduler will ensure that lawn care appointments are booked efficiently, customer needs are met, and our team operates smoothly. Responsibilities
- Schedule lawn care appointments for customers, ensuring proper timing and availability.
- Confirm scheduled appointments with customers via phone, email, or text.
- Update and manage the service schedule to ensure all appointments are properly recorded.
- Coordinate with lawn care technicians to ensure they are informed of daily schedules and locations.
- Handle rescheduling or cancellations of appointments as needed.
- Provide customers with basic information about services, pricing, and scheduling policies.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information.
- Assist with tracking customer preferences and special service requests.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure customers are satisfied with their appointments.
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or experience in customer service is a plus).
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software or Microsoft Office is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help.
- Previous experience in scheduling or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling changes or challenges in the schedule.
