Your Role
Oversee office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Greet and assist visiting customers, creating a welcoming environment
Manage HR tasks, communications, and compliance with company policies
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial tasks
Proactively improve office processes and contribute to company growth
What Were Looking For
Experience in office management, administration, or bookkeeping
Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software (desirable)
A team player with excellent communication skills
Passion for the automotive industry (bonus!)
