Warehouse Manager

Job Location: ProFast Supply, LLC Corporate (Orlando, FL)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with other departments to achieve optimal productivity and meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Warehouse Staff: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper rotation, and timely audits. Resolve discrepancies. Perform daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Pulling and Picking: Accurately pull and pick daily transfers and order for shipment or delivery.
• Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the receiving, storing, and shipping of daily transfers & orders. Ensure on-time deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, manage safety inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to address and resolve any warehouse-related issues.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.), stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse machinery.
• Certifications: Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Valid Driver’s License

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with typical warehouse hours, Monday – Friday
• Occasional overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
