Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Two years of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

The Administrative Officer 3 at the Miami-Dade Seaport Department (Port Miami) is assigned to the Procurement & Contracts Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for contract administration of Construction Contracting Solicitations (Miscellaneous Contraction Contracts, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Work Order Contracts). Additional tasks will include purchase order creation, change order processing and terms and conditions of Construction Contracts used for Seaport’s multi-billion-dollar capital development projects.
