Why be a Marketing Coordinator at THG – Dermstore?

This entry level position will support the Dermstore Marketing teams across Integrated Marketing, Influencer, Social Media, and PR/Events.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn about all facets of brand marketing and digital campaigns. They should be collaborative, resourceful, organized, and be comfortable problem-solving.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Product / sample coordination and tracking– outreach to Buying teams, inventory management, tracking, shipping/delivery
  • Manage PR/Influencer collateral including press kits and gifting – ordering, production of inserts, kitting, and shipment/delivery
  • Support in event coordination and execution; assist social asset creation
  • Assist in finance process including PO creation and invoice fulfilment
  • Own DAM image upload and asset tagging
  • Support in reporting, data analysis and upkeep of shared documents
  • Support in coordinating cross functional meetings

What skills & experience do I need for this role?

  • Bachelors degree
  • Recent college graduate or within initial stages of career
  • At least 1-2 Internships
  • Comfortable using Mac and PC laptop
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Work Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • On Instagram and Tiktok
  • Passion for Beauty / Skincare
