- A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite 3 days per week.
The Recruiter is responsible for high volume, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to move forward to hiring managers to fill open positions in?Sales roles across the country in a timely and cost-efficient manner. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employees and managers alike. A high emphasis is placed on high creating high quality experiences and meeting recruitment goals.
What You’ll Brew:
Manage the assigned open requisitions to ensure the company wide cycle time goal is achieved. Ensure that consistency and quality of candidates is not sacrificed
Develop creative and efficient sourcing strategies for all open positions
Execute sourcing strategies against open requisitions to ensure qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers in accordance with our current cost per hire initiatives
Develop rapport and relationships with a variety of management styles and personalities
Effectively manage relationships with hiring managers while leveraging data and reporting to provide ongoing updates on requisition statuses
Interview and evaluate candidates for employment in all assigned positions using behavioral & competency based interviewing skills
Manage the recruiting cycle through start date, or until candidate is eliminated from consideration
Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all candidates and hiring manager communications
Work on Talent Acquisition projects as assigned to include (but not limited to) process improvement initiatives and training
Assist in management temporary staffing requests, searches, and agency relationships
What Ingredients You’ll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting and/or sales experience
Previous experience working in a fast paced and/or high-volume environment
Proven ability to leverage data and reporting
Experience in communicating and presenting information to varying levels of leadership
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM (Customer) Relationship Management) tool
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales recruiting experience
Experience in an HR department within food, beverage, or other consumer branded/manufacturing business
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Level: 7IC
In accordance with pay transparency laws?the salary range for this role if hired is $59,500 – $106,600 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Certain sales positions are also eligible for car allowance.
