Step into a high-impact role as a Business Operations Manager in a newly established Business Operations Office. Your mission: drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution, craft compelling financial cases, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate a B2B diamond marketplace to new heights.
What You’ll Do
– Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency from the ground up, providing strategic insights and recommendations directly to the COO and executive team.
– Lead projects from inception to completion, transforming innovative ideas into actionable plans, tangible outcomes, and strategic commercial plans.
– Maintain a customer-obsessed and data-centric approach, interpreting market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance through this lens.
– Build strong collaborations with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, marketing, and technology to ensure alignment on goals and deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities

What You’ll Need
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a similar discipline or equivalent work experience.
– 5+ years of proven experience in a strategy or operations role, preferably within a start-up or hyper-growth environment.
– Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
– Proven track record of implementing operational strategies that align with overall company objectives.
