Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of people and culture strategies aligned with our organizational mission and goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement, promote professional growth, and advance our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies aimed at attracting diverse talent.
- Design and implement programs that cultivate a supportive and vibrant organizational culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, utilizing feedback to continuously enhance the workplace environment.
- Develop and oversee learning and development programs to support professional and leadership development across the organization.
- Champion DEI efforts to ensure an equitable workplace for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and industry best practices, utilizing HR analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic human resource initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities, with the ability to inspire and influence across all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of DEI principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR technologies and data analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, emphasizing culture, talent development, and DEI.
- Experience within the nonprofit sector or mission-driven organizations is advantageous.
