This role involves managing various HR activities, including payroll, recruitment, and compliance with regional labor laws, while supporting HR audits, employee onboarding, and training needs. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, providing expert HR guidance, and continuously improving HR processes and programs.
Responsibilities
Manage various HR activities such as Payroll and public relations and support multiple other HR specializations such as PMS and recruitment where required.
- Handle required regional government relation services (such as QIWA and Muqeem), to ensure NI is compliant from regional labor law regulations and policies standpoint.
- Maintain required employee trackers on the HRMS for medical and visa purposes and other filing systems.
- Assist with HR Audits by reviewing the current HR policies, standards and processes in place to identify areas of non-compliance and improvement that needs to be addressed.
- Create audit report findings and develop an action plan with implementation steps.
- Conduct MIS reporting for senior HR members and external regularity bodies as required.
- Assist with corporate HR events, initiatives & Special Projects as required by then team.
- Support employees with any HRMS queries.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding by conducting any required clearance and document check for the new hires.
- Assist with the monthly payroll process in addition to the regular responsibilities.
- Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Info-sec, and internal HR teams to ensure a successful onboarding experience for new employees.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs for NI KSA.
- Develop and maintain a repository of NI Org charts and job descriptions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support. Understand the business needs and align HR strategies and initiatives accordingly.
- Assiss with promoting and communicating the value of HR programs and initiatives to business leaders and employees. Act as a liaison between the HR department and the business, ensuring effective implementation and utilization of HR programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders on hiring talent based on workforce planning, and identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Assist with the implementation and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives within the business. Ensure effective communication, training, and change management to drive adoption and maximize program impact.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Stay updated on HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive HR solutions.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR programs and practices and drive business outcomes.
Classification – Internal Use
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees. Act as a trusted partner and advocate for both the business and HR.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes, programs, and practices. Stay informed about industry best practices and innovative HR solutions to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- 6 – 9 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skill both in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in HR software and other computer applications
- Knowledge of Employment Laws
- Excellent report writing and self-correspondence skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer Service Orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with both employees and departmental leaders
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and use insights to support in decision-making
