Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Hisar, Haryana

Job Summary
Oversees maintenance, cleanliness, security, and utility management, ensuring smooth operations, minimal downtime, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Equipment Coordinate servicing, track repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Cleanliness & Facility Supervise cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and waste management.
- Electrical & Utilities Maintain records of power usage, fuel logs, generator upkeep, and solar efficiency from the relevant team
- Security & Access Oversee gatekeeper logs, ID issuance, visitor entries, and fire safety compliance.
Reporting & Compliance Maintain documentation, generate reports, and ensure safety adherence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma/Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in operations, maintenance, or facility supervision
- Skills: Strong coordination, reporting, problem-solving, and time management.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and online productivity suites
