Designation: Medical Coder
Responsibilities: Must be able to recognize key details in a patient record to apply the appropriate codes
Should have worked on HCC projects
Reviews the documentation in patients’ medical records and translates the same into universally
accepted, industry-standard medical codes.
Understand basic coding guidelines and ability to interpret Super bills & Medical records for
ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS
To code charts based on standard coding tools (AAPC coding manuals & Super coder)
To check with Team Leader for any client updates
Meeting all set productivity and quality targets including TA
Adherence to HIPAA guidelines
Eligibility: To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:
6month-2 year experience in HCC coding/
Job Location : Bengaluru
Work Mode : Work from office
Shift mode: Rotational Shift
