Role Description

Diffusely is searching for a Graphic Designer to join their European-based Marketing team. Supporting across all three of Diffusely’s product offerings – CarCutter, ProperShot and AutoRetouch. This role will play a key role in supporting all marketing initiatives from a visual & branding perspective.

With a passion for design and strong organisational skills, you will thrive in this fast-paced, multi-faceted position, where interpersonal communication and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects is key. You will be able to easily work across multiple brands, each with their own brand guidelines, buyer persona and vertical-specific idiosyncrasies. This is a great role for a graphic marketer looking for exposure to a wide variety of marketing initiatives and who desires variety in their day.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will work alongside our global marketing team (6 FTEs) based in Paris, Austria and Bangalore.

Responsibilities

  • Website & landing pages: such as designing webinar registration pages, campaign landing pages, report/guide download pages, lead gen pages for paid acquisition, product & pricing pages
  • Social media: such as designing images, GIFs, banners, carousels etc for promotion of content & campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook
  • Sales collateral: such as designing one pagers, presentations, email signatures
  • Event graphics: such as designing physical stand/booth spaces as well as all other event materials (flyers, giveaways, agendas)
  • Content marketing: such as designing article images, infographics, and long-form downloadable PDF content such as reports, guides or white papers
  • Email marketing: such as designing invitations, reminders, newsletters, promotions
  • Web & sponsorship content: such as designing web banners, GIFs, images for paid acquisition campaigns
  • Ensuring all graphical materials adhere to their specific placement best practices, such as file type, size and print specifications
  • Expertly achieve strong brand consistency whilst thinking outside the box with how we can apply our brand to keep things fresh and appealing to our audiences
  • Website publishing: build, edit and publish your graphic projects on our websites

Skills & Expertise

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Beautiful, modern, fresh design ethos with smart layouts
  • Illustration skills: for adding personality and interest to graphical projects
  • Expert use of Figma and Adobe Design suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience designing for both print and web
  • Project and time management skills
  • A strong team player who can communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Miro, Notion, WebFlow and Hubspot a plus (but not a requirement)
  • English speaking & writing skills (required)
