Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering and creating high-quality visual assets across various internal and external channels. You will design, adapt, and finalise creative materials that align with our brand identity, ensuring consistency and visual excellence in all marketing and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Delivery
- Design and develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, signage, email campaigns, social media assets, website graphics, and digital ads.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual materials.
- Develop layouts, typography, and visual elements for print and digital platforms.
- Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Support the digital marketing team with visual assets for online platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing managers, sales teams, and coordinators to understand project objectives and create impactful designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Liaise with external suppliers, including printers and signage providers, to ensure the highest quality output.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all marketing materials and on-site presentations meet brand guidelines and reflect the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to signage and marketing materials.
Marketing & Communications
- Support the execution of pre-launch marketing campaigns to drive visitor engagement.
- Lead and support the production of key marketing materials, including websites, brochures, adverts, hoardings, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
Budget & Resource Management
- Ensure all marketing materials are delivered within budget.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality production.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with sales managers, marketing teams, and external agencies to refine and execute marketing strategies.
- Provide design guidance and support to internal teams.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and illustrators to enhance marketing collateral.
Success Measures:
- High-quality, engaging marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Timely delivery of projects to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Positive feedback from internal teams and external partners on the quality and effectiveness of design work.
- Effective visual storytelling that enhances brand awareness and drives sales.
- Strong collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and execution.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an in-house marketing team or agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
