Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy that aligns with TracknTake’s mission and brand identity.

Spearhead our overall social media strategy and ensure its seamless execution.

Conduct social listening to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement.

Create, curate, and oversee high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, copy) for all social platforms.

Report social media insights and performance metrics to other departments to align efforts across the company.

Manage and support our content creators to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.

Stay ahead of social media trends, internet culture, and emerging platforms to ensure our content is always fresh and relevant.

Leverage analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategy.

Engage with our audience in an authentic and meaningful way to build community and brand loyalty.

Lead communication management across all social channels to maintain brand integrity and audience trust.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to drive campaigns that support our business goals.Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English(both written and spoken).

Deep understanding of pop culture, internet trends, and social media best practices.

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital storytelling.

Strong visual and creative skills with the ability to produce standout content.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track and enhance performance.

Proactive, innovative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
