Your new role

As a civil labourer or plant operator, you will play a vital role in their construction projects. You will be responsible for operating a range of machinery, including excavators, backhoes, skid steers, front-end loaders, and graders. Your tasks will include site preparation, trenching, earthmoving, and assisting with concrete and asphalt work. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive and professional environment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Proven experience in civil construction
• Experience with plant machinery
• Excavator, backhoe, skid steer, front end loader, and grader licenses
• Strong understanding of site preparation, trenching, and earthmoving
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card
