- Meeter-Greeter for Centre
- Attend to all walk-in & regular clients
- Refer potential clients to RMs for sales / investment opportunities
- Answering calls (e.g. inquiries on transactional banking, membership services, products offered, account balances, currency rates etc) and if necessary, direct calls to RMs
- Make telemarketing calls to Premier Members especially during campaign periods and/or other promotional activities / events
- Achieve pre-determined monthly / yearly sales targets
- Achieve the targeted penetration rate on ‘low activity’ accounts and ‘borderline’ Premier qualified members
- Achieve the pre-determined number of customer calls to be made monthly
- Prepare and consolidate sales and performance report to RMs
- Attend sales events, road shows and other promotional activities, where necessary
Job Qualifications
- Preferably 1 year experience in sales or sales and service related capacity
- Pleasant personality with focus on customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst colleagues
- Self-motivated, dedicated, committed to delivering results
- Possess a positive attitude, initiative, responsible and takes ownership of issues
