Job Description
The Senior Employee Relations Partner provides oversight related to employee relations activity and operational and consultative human resources support to business units in areas of labor relations, performance management, litigation, and training. Ensures that management is providing fair and consistent treatment of employees in compliance with the law, Asante policies, and the Asante Values. Provides objective and expert advice to management and employees.
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of professional level experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee and labor relations practices. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in employee relations.
Preferred Certifications
- PHR: Professional in Human Resources certified by HRCI
- SHRM-CP: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional
- SHRM-SCP: Senior Certified Professional
- SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources
