Job Description
Luna Socks is an e-commerce startup that specializes in printing custom pet images on socks. Customers can upload an image of their pet, and we print it on the socks. Based in Germany, we are expanding into the Spanish-speaking market and are looking for a customer and marketing support team member who is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish via email and social media.
- Connect with smaller influencers for potential marketing collaborations.
- Assist in content production and adapt it for the Spanish-speaking market.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in communications or marketing.
- Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing.
- Previous experience in customer support for e-commerce companies is a plus.
