    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
    • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
    • Prepare and process employee-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and termination forms
    • Coordinate employee benefits and act as the point of contact for inquiries
    • Support the team with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and tracking HR-related metrics
    • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Assist with payroll administration and employee data management
    • Any other task/adhoc task assigned by superior from time to time

Requirement

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR administrative role
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
    • Knowledge of HR best practices and procedures
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
