- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Prepare and process employee-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and termination forms
- Coordinate employee benefits and act as the point of contact for inquiries
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and tracking HR-related metrics
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll administration and employee data management
- Any other task/adhoc task assigned by superior from time to time
Requirement

- Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of HR best practices and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
