Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated full-time Academic Specialist to join our team at our Fairfield, CA, location. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce!

The Academic Specialist Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Correspond with upper management regarding the goals and objectives of the Academic Department
• Process and send student badges for each program
• Review and process externship booklets and CSPPT forms for accuracy and completeness
• Acting liaison between students and academic managers
• Help facilitate internal and external communications related to the programming
• Assist Facilities/Laboratory Manager with academic-related tasks, classroom setup, and packaging items
• Other duties as assigned by the applicable Academic Manager and the Chief Academic Officer

This Role Requires The Following Qualifications

• 2+ years of related administrative experience
• 2+ years of experience working as a program assistant in a relevant field preferred
• 1 year of experience working in education preferred
• Strong attention to detail, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and works well with limited direction.
• Organized with ability to follow-up on and manage details.
