SoftServe Academy is a part of the Talent Acceleration Center, designed to help talents take their first steps in the IT industry.

Our Global Talent Operations team grows the next generation of IT specialists to connect promising candidates with career-changing opportunities and play a key role in launching and staffing IT Academy groups.

IF YOU ARE

• A candidate with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Familiar with software development company operations
• A results-driven personality ready to take responsibility
• Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations
• An intermediate English speaker
• Knowledgeable about recruitment full cycle (as a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Conduct pre-screenings to assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience
• Lead HR interviews alongside tech experts for successful group launches
• Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Cooperate with stakeholders, providing timely updates on recruiting progress
• Maintain a structured candidate database and recruitment-related reports
• Attend professional events to expand the hiring pipeline
