Administrative Assistant – Home Healthcare (Kinnser Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
? Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain patient and clinician records in Kinnser EMR (WellSky)
? Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, compliance, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
? Multi-Department Support: Serve as a backup for Human Resources, Patient Admissions, and Scheduling, providing essential assistance when needed
? Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency
? Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive patient and company information with the utmost professionalism and adherence to HIPAA guidelines

?? Self-Starter: Proactive and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
?? Home Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in home healthcare administration is a plus
?? Kinnser EMR Knowledge: Familiarity with Kinnser (WellSky) EMR is preferred but not required
?? Versatility: Experience with intake, scheduling, and human resources is a bonus
