Position/Salary and Benefits: Court Services Officer II, grade 40/A, $64,476 annually

Job Duties: Supervisory position within the division of Court Services. This position would serve as a Team Lead to a team of CSO’s providing supervision of adult and juvenile offenders on pretrial and probation supervision. Additional duties may include interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training new CSOs, providing ongoing direction, support, and guidance to CSOs, collaboration with other court professionals and community agencies, as well as developing and implementing new programs. This position will also require maintaining an active supervision caseload and PSI and PDI report writing. Candidates must be able to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Job duties subject to change based on the needs of the agency and court. Limited remote work opportunities possible after successful completion of 12 months of employment.
Required Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major casework in Social Work, Corrections, criminology, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Counseling or a closely related field and a minimum of one year but preferably five years of experience in Court Services.
