The Customer Loyalty Coordinator will support the execution of Torrid’s rewards program, which has over 3 million active members, as well as related programs like the Torrid Credit Card and Torrid Cash. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer marketing who can effectively collaborate with both creative and technical teams to help implement new loyalty strategies. This individual will assist in managing day-to-day operations of the loyalty and PLCC programs, supporting new features and promotions, and reporting on program performance to drive ongoing enhancements

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in executing creative and promotional initiatives for loyalty and PLCC programs, including loyalty-based promotions, activations, and special events.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency in all loyalty communications.
  • Assist technical teams (internal and external) by following established procedures to support new feature launches, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.
  • Assist in coordinating customer-facing messaging and loyalty program communications by gathering input from stores, customer service, and social teams.
  • Support the execution of strategic priorities by updating content, maintaining documentation, and tracking feedback for improvements.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years of experience supporting customer marketing initiatives in a B2C space is preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, goals and strategies
  • Background in retail loyalty, private label credit programs, and/or specialty apparel is a plus
  • Experience with Jira, Wrike, or other project management platforms strongly preferred
