Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end L&D strategy program development and implementation.
- Conduct needs assessments/gap analyses, create robust and engaging L&D solutions, and evaluate effectiveness of L&D initiatives to ensure that content is relevant, effective and scalable.
- Proactively?identify?areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on data, and use these insights to enhance processes, tools and methods?that drive?learning outcomes and/or increase user engagement/adoption.
- Provide?direction and coaching to learning designers to shape to develop L&D solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on corporate versus functional development needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional or Educational Technology, Learning Design, Organizational Development or related disciplines \
- 10+ years of L&D and instructional design experience
- 5+ years L&D team management experience
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering effective L&D programs, including leadership development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in learning management systems, authoring/media tools (e.g., HTML, Photoshop, Rise360, Adobe) and digital adoption platforms
- Proficiency in audio/video editing software, e.g., Camtasia, Vyond
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree?Education, Instructional Design, Instructional or Educational Technology, Learning Design, Organizational Development or related disciplines
