Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic HRIS & Process Improvement Lead to join our team. This role is integral to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our enterprise HR processes and ensuring that our HR Information Systems are optimized to support organizational objectives. Reporting to the Global Manager of HRIS, this individual will play a key role in driving utilization of our core systems. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, process improvement, and knowledge management, with a proven track record of driving change and innovation.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage HR technology and systems to support process improvements and knowledge management, tracking and reporting out on system utilization ensuring that tools are effectively utilized and continuously optimized.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure HR team members are proficient in new processes and systems, and that they understand the importance of knowledge management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR processes with overall business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR department, utilizing data-driven approaches to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new HR processes and systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Education, Specialized/Technical Knowledge, Or Required Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on process improvement and knowledge management. Experience in change management and project management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and systems, specifically those in use here at Huber.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and development skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Travel: 30-40%
