About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead our customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and initiatives. You will play a critical role in driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value, reporting directly to the Head of DTC. The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual with a passion for building strong customer relationships and optimizing the customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement CRM strategies: Create and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on customer segmentation, personalized messaging, and lifecycle marketing.
- Optimize customer lifecycle: Develop and refine customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion rate, and retention at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Oversee CRM system: Manage and optimize our CRM platform (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript) to ensure data integrity, efficient automation, and effective campaign execution.
- Manage agency relationships: Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors that support CRM initiatives, ensuring effective communication, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards. This includes agencies for email marketing, SMS marketing, creative development, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Brand, Growth Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations support teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends: Research and recommend new CRM technologies, best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve our CRM program.
What You’ll Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience: 8+ years of experience in a CRM management role, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail; can independently interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong CRM expertise: Deep understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and technologies.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
140,000 – 160,000 USD per year(Remote)
