To support our team we are looking for a (Junior) International Brand Manager – Western Europe (BENELUX, FR) (m/f/d)

  • Lead exciting projects to further grow brands such as Alpecin (targeting hair loss in men), Plantur 39 (focused on menopausal hair loss), and Vagisan (intimate health expert), with a primary focus on the BENELUX region
  • Strategically and operationally develop, implement, monitor, and optimize media campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google) and cross-brand projects for both existing and new brands
  • Develop and adapt marketing assets for both B2C and B2B sectors, encompassing retail and online platforms
  • Monitor market dynamics, trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate closely with international colleagues, agencies, and global marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives
  • Experience in international marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and English; proficiency in French is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to under­stand complex data, interpret it, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Open-minded and capable of working effectively within an inter­national team, with a strong inclination towards developing new topics
  • Understanding of AI and its practical implementation in marketing strategies
