The On-Premise Customer Programming Channel Lead owns the delivery of on-trade & customer specific programs to the Commercial Organization needed to execute brand programming throughout the markets.

Channel Strategy and Programming
Understand and apply the clearly defined brand, portfolio and commercial priorities, along with Consumer Insights, to launch new concepts and lead strategic RFPs.
Create execution-ready brand or portfolio concepts and lead strategic RFPs for MOA and the wider commercial organization.
Support the team in creation of tailor-made channel and concept playbooks for use by MHUSA & distributor teams.
Create innovative rituals and tools in line with brand strategy and guidelines.
Lead and report on Customer Programming-driven on-trade execution to key stakeholders (MHUSA, Maison, Distributors).
Internal relationship Management
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Brand and Field Trade Marketing teams to apply the defined strategy, commercial brand guidelines, and programming.
- Work with Center of Excellence team on future innovation and Consumer Insights to distill and incorporate consumer trends in the channel into activations and playbooks.
- Act as liaison with Commercial and Distributor teams as needed to drive on-trade programming and execution.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant industry experience required.
Professional Experience
5+ years of trade or channel marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer-packaged goods or retail industries.
Experience working within the beverage alcohol & three-tier system is a plus, but not required.
Experience taking projects from concept through activation.
Strong art direction, project management and brand strategy experience.
Capabilities
Strategic and creative thinking to develop channel brand strategy, programs, and activations.
Deep understanding of customer needs, consumer insights, brand strategy.
Able to deliver results and balance needs for both Brand Teams and Commercial Sales Team.
