Insurance Digital Product Owner atau Digital Insurance Product Development will
- Define Product Vision: Shape and communicate a clear vision for digital insurance products that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Prioritize Features: Choose and prioritize product features that add the most value to customers.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements
- Analyze Customer Needs: Use customer data (customer behavior) to find insights that guide product improvements.
- Track and Improve: Monitor product performance and user feedback, then make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Champion User Experience: Advocate for an intuitive, seamless experience that keeps our customers engaged and satisfied.
- Lead in Agile Environment: Guide product development through Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery and adaptability.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with digital trends and innovations to keep products fresh and competitive.
- Enjoy to communicate with partners to see potential partnership to for specific products
- Have experience to with an insurance products as a user (buy, own, claim, dispute)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1): Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome / Master Degree (S2) are welcome
- Candidates with experience in digital insurance product development or general insurance are preferred (internship/work experience).
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in product development and management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, data analytics tools).
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies, capable of managing product priorities, and has a customer-focused mindset with a basic understanding of UX/UI principles and the digital customer journey
- Maximum working experience are 2 years
- This position will be processed through Astra Financial’s Management Trainee Batch 6 program (Onboarding will be on March 2025)
