Ideally from CE Manufacturing background Plant Manager Worked on minimum 4 Large Appliances products Handled team of 100 Has Cross functional dealing Experience Have Techno Commercial knowledge Exposure to all function including QC /QA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
• Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
• Manages the growth and success of the team
• Ensure that all workings are in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Contribute towards the achievement of companys strategic and operational objectives
• Proven work experience as operations manager
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Provides guidance to employees
• Exposure to all function including QC /QA

EXPERIENCE & SKILL

• Experience of Large Appliance Manufacturing industry
• Has Cross functional dealing Experience.
• Smart leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of Computer and Processes
• Experience of managing team size of 100 people and good team manager

Qualification:

BE / B.Tec / Electro Mechanical background
