The role
We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join the Körber Design System team, helping to maintain, evolve, and improve our system, which empowers product teams globally. You’ll work alongside stakeholders to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across Körber Group’s digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design new assets, improve components, and resolve UI/UX-related issues based on user’s feedback and research.
- Ensure proper implementation by collaborating closely with a development team.
- Maintain and update documentation guidelines, following best practices, and design principles.
- Work with other designers, developers, product owners, and project managers to collect insights and feedback to improve design system solutions.
What You Bring To The Team
- A passionate designer eager to contribute to a scalable design system.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, component-based design, and accessibility best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma and documentation tools like Zeroheight.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Nice To Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, other frontend technologies, and GitHub.
- Experience with design tokens and design system governance models.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban).
- Experience working with design systems.
- Knowledge in design for B2B solutions.
