Job Description
- Design and implement ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and develop detailed engineering plans that optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and operational staff on the effective use of ELV systems, ensuring a smooth transition and operational efficiency.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of installed systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is essential for technical competency.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems design and implementation, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is preferred to demonstrate capability in managing complex environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure are critical to meet project deadlines and deliver quality results.
