Job Description
Digital Communications Executive
Responsibilities
- Collate, edit, and format content for the weekly school newsletter, ensuring it’s engaging and informative.
- Identify compelling stories within the school to highlight as potential content pieces for various digital platforms.
- Produce and manage short video projects to effectively tell the school’s story and highlight its unique offerings.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement creative strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Optimize landing pages, user funnels, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Utilize data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to evaluate trends, performance, and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance digital strategies.
- Collaborate with the academic team to communicate important information to the entire school community through various channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital communications, with expertise in creating and managing campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and ad-serving tools.
- Creative storytelling skills, through written text and short video projects.
- Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across departments.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
