Director, Head of IMMULITE Global Marketing – IMMULITE Solutions – (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Director to take ownership of our IMMULITE products and solutions, driving innovation and market success.

Siemens Healthineers Llanberis is the sole manufacturer of IMMULITE reagents, used in IMMULITE blood analysers to aid the diagnoses and treatment for patients.

IMMULITE is a global brand in the Diagnostics industry, distributing over 950 IMMULITE products for 100 disease states and 570 allergy tests. All of these products are manufactured at our Siemens Healthineers facility in Llanberis and are shipped to our European and American Distribution Centres for onward distribution to labs and clinics in over 50 countries worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead & Develop: Attract, develop, and inspire a team of individual contributors to implement winning business strategies.
  • Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for our IMMULITE solutions, managing their lifecycle from market and customer needs identification to execution.
  • Strategic Growth: Manage strategic planning initiatives and lead the execution of a multi-year product roadmap.
  • Marketing & Sales Impact: Ensure the timely development of effective sales and marketing materials/campaigns for both existing and future assays, software, and systems.
  • Global Success: Develop premium, competitive growth strategies and lead impactful global product launches.

What You Bring:

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the IVD industry, preferably in Allergy testing/management.
  • Business & Marketing Leadership: 7+ years of experience in business/marketing with a strong history of above-market growth.
  • Strategic Execution: A track record of developing and implementing business strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • Marketing Success: Proven experience launching global marketing and sales campaigns that drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Product Roadmaps: Expertise in developing and executing multi-year product line roadmaps.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Demonstrated ability to identify and nurture talent while leading high-performing teams.
  • Educational Background: A BA or BS Degree is required; an MBA or Advanced Degree (PhD, MD) is preferred.
  • People Management: Experience managing direct reports.
