About You
We’re on the hunt for a creative and resourceful Marketing and Digital Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This isn’t your standard marketing role – it’s about building connections, telling stories, and creating a digital presence that feels as vibrant and dynamic as our members. About The Role
Owning the Digital Space
- Running our social media like a pro, creating and scheduling posts, jumping on trends, and making our channels the place to be
- Keeping our website and App fresh and current – whether it’s updating news and events, crafting blog content, or brainstorming new ways to engage visitors and members
- Handling our e-Newsletters design and distribution process, keeping our members informed and connected
- Tracking digital campaigns and analytics and then turning those data into actionable ideas
Crafting Stories
- Writing copy that’s sharp, authentic, and speaks directly to our audience – from social posts to newsletters and everything in between
- Working with creatives, creators and influencers, building strong relationships and producing scroll-stopping visuals and video content
- Bringing our brand voice to life in everything we do
Building Member Love
- Creating communications that keep our members in the loop and excited about what’s happening
- Helping amplify our events, from pre-event buzz to real-time footage and post-event highlights
- Drafting digital questionnaires and surveys, acquiring member feedback and working with the team to make sure our vibe stays on point
Championing the Brand
- Keeping us aligned with our core values and aesthetic – no matter the platform
- Helping us explore new ideas and staying ahead of trends in the physical, digital and lifestyle space
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You’ve got a degree in Marketing, Digital or something similar – but we care more about your experience, passion and ideas
- You’ve been in marketing, communications, digital PR or advertising for at least a couple of years, ideally in lifestyle, hospitality or luxury
- You’re fluent in digital & social media and know your way around platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Analytics excite you – you can read the data and know how to make it work for you
- You’re a strong writer and storyteller with an eye for great aesthetics and visuals. Bonus points if you can whip up a Canva design or have some Adobe skills
- You’ve got knowledge or interest in the food service, entertainment and wellness fields
- You’re organized, proactive with an attention to detail, and never afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table
- You’re creative, reliable and team-player with a willingness to learn
- You are proficient in English
