Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join a dynamic organization in Anantapur. The ideal candidate will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation with confidentiality.
- Work closely with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Work Location & Setup:
- Work-from-office role in Anantapur. Candidates must be willing to work from the company’s Anantapur office.
