Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting business and technical requirements. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of ICT systems, infrastructure, and software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ICT projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and scope.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Define and document project requirements, business cases, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage change requests and scope variations efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
  • Lead agile and waterfall project management methodologies as appropriate.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ICT project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering ICT projects, including software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standards is an advantage.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
