Position Description

The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for our CivicPlus customers. This position will be responsible for relationship management as well as ensuring adoption and engagement with the CivicPlus solutions.

The Account Manager will work alongside of a highly driven team of CP professionals to ensure that client needs are being met in their assigned territory. This position requires excellent problem-solving & time-management skills, the ability to adapt to change and the ability to meet an annual sales quota.

  • 1+ Years Sales Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong CRM skills, preferably with Salesforce
  • Strong and consistent phone presence
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines
  • Must have professional-level written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to have tough conversations that balance the needs of our clients and company

As An Account Manager, You Will

Work to clearly and succinctly communicate the company’s value proposition, while managing the sales cycle from start to finish, and address sales-related questions. You will respond to client correspondence in a timely manner and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly quota objectives, working closely with your manager on each opportunity. You will manage complex and challenging customers within your assigned territory, striving to improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned accounts. Additionally, you will respond to customer RFPs within your territory, collaborating with other departments to create account plans that expand recurring revenue, and other duties as assigned.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Estimated Salary Range: $47,400 – $60,000
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Potential Variable Pay: Based on set quotas or goals or targets
